Financial amounts are encrypted on our servers before they reach the database. Only your signed-in session can turn them back into readable values.
Your information stays separate
Other people’s plans cannot be mixed with yours. Each account only sees its own data.
Amounts are locked away
Money figures are stored in a protected form, not as normal numbers someone could read.
Your assets, liabilities, and documents are linked only to your account. Other E-Planner users cannot open or browse your plan.
Values such as what you own and what you owe are locked before they are saved. In storage they look like scrambled text, not amounts someone could read at a glance.
Every connection between your browser and E-Planner uses a secure link (HTTPS), so information is protected while it travels across the internet.
We do not sell personal information. Our team does not browse customer financial records for routine support. Limited technical access is governed by our POPIA-aligned policies.
We give extra protection to sensitive money-related information, including:
Names, categories, dates, and document files use separate controls (access rules and secure storage). Together, these layers reduce the risk that raw financial figures are exposed if someone gained rare, technical access to our storage systems.
